Our thorough Check Out is the last step in keeping your property in the best possible condition.
Once your tenant(s) have vacated the property and surrendered their keys, we do a full assessment of the property documenting its condition and any differences from the initial inspection. This allows us to identify any common wear and tear in need of repair before your next tenancy, as well as identifying any damages that need to be subtracted from the departing tenants’ deposit. Our thorough documentation at every stage of the process gives you the best possible chance of winning any disputes with the DPS. Once the deposit has been agreed we ensure it is returned to you.
As part of the check out will also advise on any possible improvements that could add value to the property or any longer-term replacements that may be required. Such as the condition of carpets or decoration.

Thorough and regular periodic inspections safeguard the condition of your property.
We keep a regular, documented, eye on your property to ensure that your tenant is fulfilling their responsibilities to keep it in good condition. All new tenancies will be inspected after 3 months with periodic inspections thereafter. The thorough documentation and storage of inspections allow us to provide further evidence to the DPS in the event of a dispute of damages following the end of a tenancy.

Following our detailed referencing, completion of the tenancy agreement, and payment of the first month’s rent it is time to move in.
We will meet your new tenants at the property to go through the the property essentials. We ensure that your tenants’ questions are answered and that they are all set. We also take the initial meter readings to ensure that the utilities provider handover is exactly right for you and your tenant.
